The Farthingale hoop skirt as seen in the Tudor Period.
This dress is based on the mid 16th century.
Crinoline structured by steel hoops with ruffled petticoat worn underneath
the outer skirt. This outfit inspired from the 1850’s.

These are the green, orange and brown faeries. There was also red and blue faeries, which I didn’t get good photos of. In total there were 48 faeries. June, 2007. Costumes made by Natalie. Click on Photos for a larger image.
Bea and Adam Pierce had a medieval wedding and Bea asked if I would make the bridesmaid’s dress, which was a period piece, to go with the bride’s dress. This is a photo of Emma in her costume. October 2000

Designed and made 11 costumes for Mardi Gras. The brief :all wanted to be metalic blue and silver, as a group, but each costume was to be individual and suited to the person wearing it. Mardi Gras 1990’s
